Philip regularly helps me with the completion of party wall and licence to alter agreements, as well as providing site boundary and valuation advice. I have been working with Philip for over 10 years now, and continue to do so because of his knowledge, experience, responsiveness and discretion. I would have no hesitation recommending Philip as its always a delight to work with him, and benefit from his high standards and commitment.
Jeremy, Property Investor.
I needed a surveyor to assess cracks in my property and Philip visited promptly after my enquiry. He provided a comprehensive report with photos which was really helpful. A very efficient and friendly service which was good value for money.
Stephanie, Hendon, North London.
The report was extensive yet concise, meaning I could easily go back to the vendor and highlight the relevant issues of concern to support further negotiations. Philip followed up with a one to one discussion to go over all points and ensure everything was clear. I will certainly be recommending his services to any others I know requiring a survey.
Tim, Homebuyer.
"Philip provided a transparent and clear outline of my options and costs from the outset in trying to resolve my boundary query. He provided a professional service throughout in advising on a complicated issue."
Paul, Finsbury Park

Value for money : Good value for the work that he undertook.
Professionalism : Very professional. Even though it was a very hot day, he got on the ladder and carried out a thorough inspection.
